Verify company bank and Agent statements to make sure they are accurate
Make necessary corrections and balance the accounts
Post all debits and credits to different business accounts and ensure the accounts are balanced
Manage all petty cash and office supply expense accounts
Prepare invoices such as checks, documents and requisitions
Before the invoices are sent out, I obtain approval from the company accountant
Maintain and make adjustments to company’s records, including time reports, payroll, property
records and transactions
Sort incoming mail for documents such as bills and Escrow Company checks
Compile checks, credit and debit transactions that are later entered into the appropriate accounts
Process payroll checks for Real Estate Agents as well as to various departments of the company
File documents daily
Record all the accounting transactions, bank balances, general ledgers
Set up credit accounts with vendors
Assess teamwork, flexibility, adaptability, coordinating skills and common values and goals of the
company
Communicate regularly with the Owners, Brokers, Management and staff to address transactions of
ongoing pending sales

A typical work day for me would be the implementation of the NINJA training program that Windermere has for their agents. The program consist of a daily work schedule making sure that your embodying the NINJA lifestyle and that of Windermere. This system statically and methodically sets a flow of business for yourself as you network and building relationships with current clients. 

Work days are comprised of client meetings and reviews of specific terms of either contracts or buyer/seller needs and wants. Marketing is also a huge dynamic in what I do to generate new business and also retain current clients.

The hardest part about my job is having to leave at the end of the day or when I am there.

My Broker at Windermere believed in training the agents in advanced technologies and was great in helping the agents implement the technologies.  My Broker also gave a great deal of time and energy to our local NAR affiliate which helped him recruit top agents.  This ensured that there were always good role models in the office.  My Broker also implemented community campaigns to raise the profile of our office and our agents.  With this high profile, use agents had a "leg up" when prospecting for new clients.

Like all self-motivated sales, it's what you make it.  Windermere is a great brokerage with helpful and knowledgeable agents and brokers.

There are NO sales quotas, however like most brokerages, their commission splits can be steep.  Negotiate.

You cannot go wrong if you're looking to break into the real estate market as a real estate agent in the Coachella Valley.

Keep in mind that you'll be required to join the local Regional Association of Realtors, join the MLS, carry the required liability limits on your auto insurance, and pay fees associated with your SUPRA key (allows access to show listings), and the initial start-up fees can be steep.

No day is typical, that is the joy of Windermere Coachella Valley. I was involved in a very successful mentor program that blazed the path for greatness. What I have learned is that there is enough success for everyone to succeed. The sky is the limit and we determine our own challenges as well as success's.Management was supportive, and the CEO and owners where always available to discuss anything. The hardest part of the job, was instilling desire to achieve in new recruits. Instilling the desire to achieve big goals in new recruits.

My work day began at 8 am and ended at 5 pm Monday thru Friday. My office was right next to the business owner's office and down the hall from the business manager. Both were very easy to work for and they taught me a lot about the real estate industry. The hardest part of my job was working with tenants or owners that were upset for one reason or another which did not happen very often. I really enjoyed  the marketing  aspect of my duties.

I loved everything about being a Realtor. Wonderful office! Supportive staff and the most incredible co-workers. Our office was very proactive and we empowered each other. The market was hot when I worked there and working long hours was always a good thing. I loved the continuing education that was always offered on a regular basis. The most enjoyable part of my day was getting up, going to bed, and everything in-between. And it also helps when you can give a verbal for mutual acceptance on a beach in Maui.

Support is a 10 out of 10! Thankful for the continued education and the events keeping us all connected and up to date with the current market .

Finding leads and getting clients to work with you .

Friendly, efficient, fun. This branch of agents and their managing broker are kind, generous and enjoy creating events that will benefit the community.

This was my first job and it was easy and very fun to do. I scanned real estate sales into a computer system and entered data into that system. As an administrative assistant, I also filled in as receptionist when needed and took care of various office duties. I enjoyed working with the real estate agents and my overseer, the head receptionist, was delightful to work with. The hardest part of this job was the monotonous paper scanning. The most enjoyable was the people I got to work with and working with data entry
