I have had the pleasure of working with this agency and having a wonderful contact that sends me out on my assignments. I worked in different areas of hospitals and clinics and learned that I am best at PHLEBOTOMY. If I could do just that I'd love it but I would miss working as a PCT because I enjoy making people smile and helping the patients forget about their worries for that moment.

I worked with a range of different people and personalities and I learned that you can not let someone else affect what you do while working. The hardest part was leaving once I got comfortable with an assignment & I had already grew bonds with co-workers and the position.

I LOVE WHAT I DO which I feel is an important part of working in healthcare because you will do your best to make sure that your patients/residents feel safe with you. If you don't love what you do, it shows and you project that on the people you work with and around...

Winston is a temp agency that finds employees long term work based on their qualifications and job goals. The job counselors are very knowledgable and helpful in helping prospective employees find the right job.

The hardest part of the job is waiting to find an employer that fits what you are looking for as an employee. The most enjoyable part of the job is that you know that youur job counselor is working hard to find you the job that best suits you as the employee.

Helping customers with their inquiries while  talking by  phone or by sending emails.

When I worked for Winston, employment was constant and long term assignments plentiful. The pay wasn't great but ok for the time. I applied to work with them 9 years later and they wanted to offer me the same $13hr that I made 9 years prior, in addition to obtaining time consuming certifications and going on extensive, (and expensive commuting wise) interviews for temporary positions that never worked out.

Days are different every day.   Exciting, rewarding speaking to different clients. I learned how to adapt to different personalities.  The management is very encouraging, the workplace is comfortable,lunch time is very relaxing.  The hardest part is leaving at night, because the area is  so quiet. the enjoyable part of the job is everybody works as a team.

- Learned a bit about the background of the programming for the WE, AMC and IFC networks

- Hardest: Sometimes there were lulls in the work - I prefer a busy atmosphere
- Enjoyable: The co-workers, the industry, and of course, knowing my work helped others make informed decisions.

normally at Winston I would report to my recruiter around ways I would benefit and different work agency I would be able to utilize. Winston as an agency however helped me grow by giving me the opportunity to excel in different work fields in which I was able to be placed into respite working in which as  now I am an peer specialist.

As far as working temporarily, this is an excellent company. They pay well, the representatives are very friendly and straightforward, and seem to really care about their temps. I have been placed by this company several times over the last few years,and each time I have been compensated well for jobs that I enjoyed.

There is always work. Time seems to go faster when working there. I would definitely like to work there permanently. A team oriented environment. I love to  be kept busy there. Learning as i go to the many different tasks.

It was a great learning experience during the beginning stages of my medical career. Gained a lot of skills and met some amazing people and built a lot of connections.
