Since starting with this company, upfront they knew of the hours i reported i could work.  They agreed to and promised a certain schedule, upon starting , they changed it and had me in limbo for a duration of two weeks while they figure it out.  The management advised they go off seniority.  I recently just started on shift and now its gossip and lies being told regarding shift status, in which now they told me to hold on until someone can call me.   This company can be a run around if you do not have open availability to work where they want to assign you.  Please dont rely on this if you have bills to pay, as well as when you would like to speak to a overhead, they say they are unavailable .  i advise you seek other stable honest employment, unless you have whatever availability to please them.

Very bad management. They care about their image in new staff. The staff doing overtimes they appreciate only those ones. All hard work i do for this company never help because they always want more and more. Direct care staff have alliance with each other.if Direct care staff don’t work, Management fine with that because nobody complain. If someone complain about wrong things happen , they take action against that person who complaint. Conclusion is even you don’t care the resident you can stay in this company with good communication skill, which all they want.Disappointed staff. 

Woodland residental over all was not a bad place to work for. As far as the company, they do care about their residents and it shows. You did have a few bad apples as far as caregivers went though. Drama and gossip was a major issue among the caregivers and management. If you are willing and wanting to work 50+ hours a week, this is the job for you. Constant call outs and never enough coverage. At times management would throw you attitude if you were to turn down an extra shift. But still better then other caregiving places located in Woodland.

No room for advancement with this company. Lots of corruption with staff and management. Mainly staff stealing client medications or even food from the home and management does nothing. They play favorites and if you speak up about anything they won't let you forget it.  Staff are full of drama and each house is like a mini high school filled with gossip and confrontation between workers. The work is hard and physically demanding for little pay and lots of baggage.

Don't do it, they employ "ex-"drug users, gang bangers, and uneducated people to care for and pass meds to your loved ones. while skimping on actual clinically trained staff to be at each location for the legal minimum amount of time each day.

All employees get over looked , clients get over looked and the pay is not good The plus are the clients and the amount of overtime you can pick up . Management sucks and no one is valued ! I’m a current employee and I only stay because of my clients . 

Registered Nurses stay away from this place unless you are ready to be over looked, undervalued and over worked needlessly just for sport. You will learn nothing because it is designed that way.

pro's you can work 4 days in stead of 5 at 10hrs/day and take friday off.

Its a very small business, training is very poor and its not a job for the weak hearted because it is in home care. The environment there is very high school like. Lots of gossip and drama from a bunch of adults. Management does not really interact with the staff. 

Although not publicly posted, "clients" are neglected by some staff, medical staff, and a company which has led to deaths. They should publicly report each death and its cause.

You get really close with the residents almost like they're your family. However, it can be difficult when their behaviors are negative. For example, residents will pull hair, pit, hit, etc...
