What is the best part of working at the company?
I am deeply concerned about the operational and billing practices within this organization. In my experience, patient visits were frequently scheduled back to back in a manner that appeared to prioritize volume over quality of care. Services were often stacked closely together, including separate calls for medication review with a pharmacy followed by an additional call with a provider to review the same information. These encounters were billed as separate visits.

This workflow raised concerns about medical necessity, duplication of services, and whether patient care was truly the primary focus. The emphasis seemed heavily placed on increasing the number of billable encounters rather than ensuring meaningful, coordinated care for patients.

When questions were raised about these processes, there was little transparency or clear explanation provided. Communication within leadership felt disorganized, and staff often appeared uncertain about operational direction or expectations. Constructive feedback did not seem to be welcomed.

Most concerning was the impact on elderly and financially vulnerable patients, who rely on ethical, patient centered care. Healthcare organizations have a responsibility to maintain integrity, prioritize quality, and ensure billing practices are appropriate and compliant.

I encourage leadership to reassess scheduling, documentation, and billing workflows to ensure services are medically necessary, coordinated, and aligned with patient best interests

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
One of the most stressful aspects of working within this organization was the communication structure. Staff were placed into large group chats with over 100 participants, where messages were sent continuously throughout the day. While some updates were important, they were often buried within a high volume of nonessential messages, making it difficult to quickly identify critical information related to patient care.

This communication overload created unnecessary stress and increased the risk of missing time-sensitive updates. In addition, frequent meetings, repeated calls, and constant appointment changes disrupted workflow and made it challenging to maintain focus on providing quality care.

A more organized and streamlined communication system, along with clearer scheduling processes, would significantly improve efficiency, reduce staff burnout, and ultimately benefit patient outcomes.

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
NEGATIVE ,TOXIC, UNPROFESSIONAL, SCAM

When I relocated, I was genuinely excited about the opportunity to grow in my clinical skillset as a wound care nurse. Initially, I was under the impression that there would be a supportive learning curve. However, in the three months since I started, I have not received the structured wound care training that was expected or discussed during onboarding.

Orientation did not adequately prepare me for the role, and much of the information provided was incorrect. I later had to relearn documentation to align with the NP’s expectations. Although I have repeatedly requested wound care training resources, I have only been told that leadership is still deciding what book to order. I have not received hands-on training, which leaves me in the position of entering patients’ homes to perform wound care without proper preparation. This is not only stressful but raises concerns regarding safety and quality of care.

Additionally, the productivity expectations being communicated are not aligned with the realities of clinical wound care in the home setting. While leadership has acknowledged these goals are unrealistic, the pressure to meet them remains. This has contributed significantly to stress and has impacted my mental well-being.

There have also been several operational challenges that further complicate the role, including:

Extended travel distances beyond what was communicated during hiring (often up to 45 miles in multiple directions),

Delays in receiving essential tools such as a hotspot in a rural coverage area,

Difficulty accessing wound care supplies,

Frequent changes to templates and documentation processes, often without clarity or consistent guidance.

I moved here specifically to improve my quality of life and advance my nursing practice. Unfortunately, due to the lack of structured training, inconsistent workflow processes, and ongoing pressure to meet unattainable productivity metrics, I am experiencing the opposite — increased stress, fatigue, and diminished well-being. At this point, I do not feel that I am equipped or supported to succeed in this role as originally outlined.

What is the best part of working at the company?
The best part of this company is ... the patients! The way the employees work together in regards to patient care is outstanding.

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
Your job title and/or responsibilities can change at any point in time. You are expected to work longer than 8 hours daily because you are a salaried employee and not get paid extra for extra hours worked. They will let you go at anytime and never give you a reason as to why. Forget about holidays and your families, because you are expected to work them and not be compensated accordingly (you might get extra PTO hours accrual  but you also get more taken away if you request off the day before, day of holiday, and day after.) They don't care if you pour your life and soul into this company, everyone is replaceable! God forbid you take PTO days, you will STILL be contacted and expected to work on your hard earned days off. 

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
The work environment is very stressful and not rewarding. The culture is degrading to say the least, you have to know someone in senior management to get further ahead within the company. Tons of favoritism happening in all aspects of the company. You never know whom you can trust. It won't matter anyways because they will just let you go and never give a reason as to why, even if you've never been written up for misconduct and had been an exemplary employee. 

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Expect to work longer than any other job you've ever worked for per day and not be compensated for working over your 8 hours... taking a lunch break is unheard of as well. Fear not, you will always be busy and always told by management that they can see everything you do within the system and be threatened on a daily basis. Most staff are not trained properly or lack the skills to do the position they hold and depend on the good, hard workers to get their jobs and others' jobs done as well!

As a health coach, I could usually build my own schedule which was nice. The work was very rewarding and the patients were very appreciative of the care I provided. Unfortunately the companies only objective is to make money instead of providing quality care for these patients. This doesn't exactly mean that nurses, health coaches, physical therapists, etc care about making money, but the push for productivity by management is 100% only about squeezing as much money out of those poor patients that they can. Excessive visits, unnecessary billing, the creating of roles that virtually have no importance, just so they can bill and bill for more and more time. I was let go with no notice (as well as about 250 others), all supervisors were unaware that this decision was being made. Each employee was unable to let their patients know they would not be seeing them again. Very unprofessional and sad for the patients who looked forward to and NEEDED weekly visits. Immediate termination of benefits/health insurance, forfeit PTO, no access to my medications which were filled through the company insurance which only allows you see their own providers (pretty much). To make matters worse, each employee that was terminated was told exactly the same thing: "We are unable to disclose the reason for letting you go". If you want help or education from anyone, management hardly knew the answer. The turnover is so incredibly high that all you hear from patients is how unprofessional the company is. Something tells me they wont be around for much longer-leaving this just incase they are.  Even if you are in a bind and need a job, this is not a good choice. There is something better out there for you. Good luck! 

Working at YourHealth as the EDCS has been an incredibly rewarding experience. No two days are the same, which keeps things exciting. A typical day involves collaborating with teams, problem-solving, and making sure clinical operations run smoothly while always keeping patient care at the center of everything we do.

One of the biggest takeaways from my time here has been growth—both professionally and personally. I’ve learned so much about leadership, operational efficiency, and the impact that strong teamwork has on patient outcomes. There’s always room to learn and improve, and YourHealth really supports that mindset.

The workplace culture is one of my favorite things—it’s a team-oriented environment where everyone is working toward the same goal. Healthcare can be challenging, but having a supportive and dedicated group of people around makes all the difference.

The hardest part of the job? Probably the fast pace and constant need to adapt. But honestly, that’s also what makes it so fulfilling. The ability to navigate challenges and see real improvements in patient care makes the effort more than worth it.

The best part? The people. Whether it’s the clinical teams, leadership, or the patients we serve, every day is a reminder of why I chose this field in the first place. Seeing the direct impact of our work is incredibly meaningful.

You can expect to spend roughly 30 minutes to an hour in meetings everyday, sometimes more. You will be hired for one position and then it will be changed 6 different times without your consent, just you being told. Overall, I didn't hate the job. I actually really enjoyed it! I would say I was relatively good at it as well (always had high numbers, great patient communication, etc).

There were only two issues I ever had while working here. Compensation and Management.

They will double and triple your workload, but not raise your pay. They'll change your job title and not raise your pay too. So what you agree to at being hired is what you'll always have unless you do an apprenticeship (which is only 5% and you have to be buddy buddy with your DCS or you're not getting it). Management is a bit iffy depending. The VP of the region and VP of Case Management are pretty great. The RDTEs and BOM are also awesome. The only issues come from Directors of clinical services and case management.
Like I said earlier, you have to be buddy buddy with the DCS or your not getting anywhere. The director of case management (technically there are two but one of them ALWAYS goes to the other so really there's only one) has to be right about everything and if you don't become a yes man then you're public enemy #1.

Besides those issues, it's not a bad place to work at all.


If I could give this organization a ZERO rating, I would do it 10 times over! Poor communication, constant changes without proper education or notice. Leadership is toxic, undereducated, lazy. They do not support staff. A typical day at the office is people gossiping, walking around pretending they know what they are doing, or showing off their newest outfit.  They fire people for no reason and threaten it on a weekly basis. You live in constant fear of losing your job or being put in a new role that they might dissolve in a week. If you get moved you don’t get to say yes or no. You either take the position or they make you resign even though you didn’t choose to be moved. You don’t get raises or paid holidays. You’re told you are salary, but you don’t get treated as salary. Rules and polices are not the same across the board. Favoritism is the core value, not patient care. Everyone is either married or related to each other. Always conflict of interest. My advice is to run, run as far and as fast as you can away from this company. Shading billing! Your license is at risk daily with what you’re asked to do. Zero concern for staff and their work/life balance. 


If you are a new grad (which they target) or anyone looking to sign on with them, beware! The job you are told about when you start will likely have nothing to do with the job you end up doing. The number of patients I was expected to see quickly doubled from what I was told. I was lured in, by being promised I could work a specific set of days during the week that work for my family live. My work hours and days were changed after I started working for them. 

They are very poorly managed, as a result there are hundreds of lay offs. They recently changed their name from SCHC to your Health, because of negative press/reviews?  If you are layed off, they take all your accrued PTO. They have layed off  hundreds of excellent people in just a few months… If you are a provider, they will pressure you to double book patients to increase their visit numbers. If you are not comfortable doing that (15 minute visits, 2 people in one slot) they will threaten to terminate you. I would not want my loved one treated at your health, despite some of my co workers that I admire. 



You do have great autonomy! Salary is standard but there is a bonus structure that can be lucrative and allows advance practice providers to earn way above the normal pay. It is a production based position. With that being said, there is a culture of overworking.  7on/7off position but you will likely work 3-4 days on your off week. It is incentivized, which adds more to your check. Many of the APPs have learned how to work less on their on their “on” week and stack their schedule on their off week so that they make the most money.  For those who choose not to do this, you will work harder on your week on. you will be able expected to see at least 8-10 home visits with an additional 6-8 telehealth each day. Goal is 15-18 visits/day. There is no strong APP leadership.  It is constantly changing/evolving company, some for the good, however the change is too rapid to be sustainable, and often adds more stress to the app. 

This is one of those places if it sounds to good to be true it is, I was expected to continue to work even sick with COVID. I was told that I would have one scheduled and one area to work during my interview, then when I started I was placed in an area over an hour from my home and was told it was temporary until that opening was filled then that changed to I was never told that in my interview. I thought the week on week off schedule would be perfect but I was scheduled the opposite week of what I was promised, any holidays that fall on your week you are required to work regardless even if it falls that way every year, I would bring charting home every night to complete working until after 9, you were strongly encouraged to document long visits so that billing could be hire and many patients were scheduled to be seen twice monthly even if they did not need it. Benefits were terrible, pay seems good when you look at but when you actually calculate the hours that you are working the pay is awful.
