This may not be an ideal long-term environment for those seeking career growth or supporting a family.

Great law firm that offers amazing benefits, including a PTO package that most companies don't offer. Holidays are observed and you receive compensation for your time off. They also offer overtime time pay which is great in my book. 

There is definitely room for growth as was my personal experience with the firm. Training is provided to all new employees which makes the transition to a new position all the better.

Management makes you feel valued and staff is always willing to help out. They are extremely flexible as it relates to sick days, personal time off for doctor appointments, etc.

The company provides an excellent benefits package. There is a lot of opportunity for growth in the company and there will be more opportunities coming since they are opening more offices throughout the United States. They plan a lot of events for the employees such as luncheons, company happy hour, holiday parties, and much more. I currently live over an hour away but working with people that push you to be the version of yourself and care about your wellbeing is more important than being stuck in traffic. Management keeps in mind what your career goals are and when the opportunity presents itself, they will promote you.

Save your mental sanity and apply elsewhere! They do not care about their employees and treat you like gum on the bottom of their shoes. The managers are pretentious and unprofessional. They have favorites and will speak about their employees with other employees behind your back. They request loyalty but will extend it back. Your job is always up in the air and they prefer to outsource. Look elsewhere for a job and save yourself the mental stress.

this place is an absolute disaster and I would not recommend anyone working here. when I started, they had multiple cases of missed deadlines, no discovery being exchanged, and no work being done on files for years. we could be a week from trial and have no depositions or written discovery done, but yet they blame you ffor everything. it is very high stress and they do not work with working parents. if you are not part of the "in" crowd, you will be miserable. upper management is a joke.

If you're looking for your first exposure to the legal field and don't mind being overworked and underdeveloped, this place will do for about six months. After that, you'll quickly realize this is a stagnant environment run by a hierarchy of “for-lifers” more focused on protecting their turf than mentoring or promoting talent.

There is no upward mobility, no incentive to excel, and no recognition for hard work. Initiative is punished, not rewarded. Training is minimal, morale is worse, and turnover is high for a reason.

Lots of cliques and childish people, poor management, and difficult to grow within the company.
They also create a salary differential by paying more to those who come after you for the same position, even if that person is unqualified.
The employees are very immature and don't take their work seriously.

HR doesn't care about you and is a company that only reacts to problems, never proactive.




Unless you are favored by Human Resources, look somewhere else. This place is like a cult if you’re in great, if not tough luck since HR has more botox and lip filler than empathy and understanding, they will find any reason to fire you even if you are great at your job. 


They tend to hire a bunch of people and then fire them without a valid reason when they realize they are over staffed. Overworked and under compensated. Poor management, very childish behavior across the board. You are just a number, look somewhere else. 

This place plays favoritism, If HR does not like you be prepared they have a snitch who micromanage, it’s a high school environment and the most unprofessional HR/Management team ever. Stay away!
