My typical day at work consists of washing dishes, getting trays together for our residents, making sure the desserts are done and ready to go, serving them dinner, then cleaning up everything at the end of the night so I can go home. I've learned how to work with food and work at a very fast pace. The management is great, very sweet and caring of their employees. My co-workers are very nice and try to help out one another the best they can. The hardest part of my job is washing all of the dishes in time to go home, the most enjoyable is working with people who care about one another.

Making sure the residents were satisfied 

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
Nothing really just when I couldn't get to work when my car was wrecked 

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
It was clean and sanitary 
And they do a great job at keeping the Decor and decorations up to par 

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
A day at any other job follow the rules and make sure all residents are happy

Upper management is bad. This is an 11 to 7 unfriendly facility. The nurses and coworkers are the best thing about this shift. This facility does nothing for that shift. The morning shift comes when they want and the CNA is told they must wait for them no matter what time they show up. There is a compliance hotline you can call. The chain of command is ineffective... After five years there I've had enough.

I loved working for this company! I loved working with the residents, the nurses, management, and the other CNAs. The days, that we were short staffed, were stressful, but most of the CNAs would always come together to get all the residents bathed, dressed, and ready for the day.

Management here is terrible. There is no support from upper management or corporate. They look to place the blame on someone else.  The supervisors listen to what people say from corporate when they aren’t even in the building.

RN/LPN role mismatch. Poor organization and no orientation for hired role. LPN managing RN staff. Not recommended for seasoned RN staff roles. RNS supervised by LPN staff. Definitely role mismatch in this facility. 

I  enjoy my Patience I take care of. The people I work with I enjoy them to. They've work with my schedule for my Tim we off. Over all this is a Gteat Pksce to be.

Zebulon Rehabilitation is a family oriented place to work with friendly staff and a great environment. It is a place that keeps your skills sharp. Overall i enjoy working there.

I Love working at this Zebulon Rehabilitarion Center.   Employee morale is a top priority.  We are like one big family.  Everyone works together as a team.

Pay is okay, better than some other places. Good benefits. Training is not super formal. Was on training for like two months and never got a checklist.
