Answering dialer calls and have the leads tell you to stop calling 8 times a day!   Your co workers  team chatline is not mgmt. monitored so when questions are asked in that chat, you rely on your co-workers for answers. You are on the phones on day 2

Log in and go right on queue answering calls back to back 
It’s repetitive with the same thing over and over 8 Hours a day

Very competitive  which is found with any insurance job

Supportative  work environment with positive management influence.  Diverse  culture with various teams.

Remote work with inbound calls to assist clients.

Great company to work for but during the interview process they lie to you stating you’ll move up within 3 months. This is false as you only get promoted if you reach higher numbers than those around you. You’re mainly working on an island by yourself to reach your numbers. If you do great but if you don’t then you’ll hear about it. Not a bad job if you don’t mind staying at the same level year after year.

The start up is okay the training only last 2 days mainly because all you read to customers are scripts, after that your completely alone because no one answers their teams chat if you ask for help. You take about 300 calls a day and need to get at least 30 transfers a day but after they used AI the transfer rate dropped significantly and instead of a manager helping by coaching you on what you can do better they fire you.

The managers weren't helpful at all. Especially Shalita! The other employees are super cool. I got fired because I had a baby. It's weird because jobs act like they like you but they don't because they drop you like a bad habit. I felt like I didn't have any support 

They are constantly hiring, they bring in a bunch of people with the promise of becoming an account executive.  The job you get is a telemarketer.  Calling people 5 times a day who don’t want to be bothered.  All for minimum wage.  Horrible experience, don’t waste your time.

Fun place to work, male dominate. very bias if you ask me.  The hours are good, but they are subject to change whenever there is a new hire, the entire BDR schedule will change.  Management in the BDR is HORRIBLE.

Bad Management, and a lot's empty promises. You might do well when new hires are young, irresponsible, and easy to micro-manage . They are bad at training and developing new hires.

Excellent work culture with great earning potential.  I was able to advance very quickly from BDR to Senior Agent.  Excellent bosses.  Just be very careful when dealing with the licensing department.

People were fun to work with but the actual job isn't a traditional sales job.  It's more of a telemarketing job that fields calls from people who complete an request for information
