A typical day at work starts with an invigorating yet brief meeting lead by the Owners David and Vince.  This meeting is more of a quick training and motivational boost to begin your day before you hit the phones.  I learned a lot in terms of my personal development.  This job is challenging yet rewarding in that David and Vince as well as the Sales Management Team, Brent, and Sam, are very influential and supportive in their coaching methods.  They give one-on-one coaching with the sales advisor, as needed, and the changes in that individual become like night and day!  These guys are able to be hands on which lead to my own and many other peoples' success and money making!  Your coworkers are always willing to help by giving some advice or just listening to your problems you face and then helping come up with a solution with you.  The most enjoyable part of the job is the cohesive family of team mates and coworkers they have.  Almost every department manager gets out on the sales floor and sells once in a while thus crosstraining was a must for them.  This aspect makes everyone a great resource and mentor, and everyone on the same playing field.  eFund puts the FUN in Funeral Insurance Coverage!

If you're considering doing business with this company or even engaging with their services, please be cautious. The leads they are calling are often unaware of what they're being sold, and the promises they make seem too good to be true because they often are. This is a classic example of how misleading marketing tactics can cause unnecessary confusion and disappointment for customers.


In addition to the deceptive marketing, the compensation plan is incredibly low. They offer a minimal base salary and an overall poor compensation structure that doesn't reflect the work or effort required. This is a major red flag for anyone considering a position with them.

On top of that, the CEO is quick to terminate employees, making job security incredibly unstable. It seems like there's very little regard for the people working hard in the company, which is very disappointing.




The CEO, and the business advisors are extremely dedicated to the success of their agents. I am a licensed field agent and I work remotely. They have been very good at working with me when I'm not feeling motivated, and they are very good at giving tips and making sure that I feel supported, even though I am not in the office. The communication is top notch, and the training materials are very well organized.  The hardest part of the job is staying motivated to continue to take calls, but the staff is very helpful with that. They supply a consistent lead flow, so you do not have to purchase your own leads, and they provide a very effective script, for one call closes. It does take dedication on the agent's part. The pump up Meetings on Monday mornings are super amped and really helps to get your head back in the game, after having the weekend off. The pay is immediate, you write a app,  you get paid as soon as it is issued. Very good company to work for. 

As a new life insurance producer, eFund Insurance taught me the principles of selling life insurance with a thorough training process and continued sales training. I arrive at work at 9:00am and have defined, achievable goals and objectives. I work with my Business Advisor daily for guidance and assistance whenever I have any questions or concerns. The workplace is diverse, professional and casual.  It's really not a hard job, but you must commit yourself to their proven sales processes because you don't have much flexibility to demonstrate your own  personal sales know-how. The most enjoyable part of the job is the work and life balance. The workweek is Monday-Friday 9am-6pm. Overtime is not required nor expected, but is often available. Paid time off and Paid Holidays.  

A typical day at work includes AMAZING training first thing in the morning, then a relaxed setting to receive inbound calls  where I can help individuals protect their families with Final Expense coverage. I've learned a lot about sales and people. I've learned about the insurance industry and economics. The management is impeccable and they are always ready to help in any way that they can. The workplace culture is inclusive. The hardest part of the job is balancing my life around my schedule as an Independent Contractor of eFund. The most enjoyable part of my job is the camaraderie of the people that I work with. It is like being with family!

I started at this company 2 years ago as an inside sales advisor and worked my way up to becoming the Vice President of Sales.  The company is growing fast and it is a great place to work!  There is a lot of opportunity for sales people who are looking to grow in to a management position.

They really understand what it takes to be successful. If you are willing to leave your experience at the door and listen to their guidance, then you will have the results they have. I am living proof of that. I have only been here a few months but I love to opportunity to make uncapped salary and provide for my family they way I always wanted to. They walk you through everything step by step! I also love the culture, everyone has the same goal which is to be successful and I am always learning from other people. Seriously, best decision I ever made was to come and work here!

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
Even though you are an independent contractor they demand you work from 9 am to 6 pm EST

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
Your work  from home. They listen to every call. They will break in on you, very confusing trying to take to the customer and manager at the same time. My manager thought that I should have sold every person

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
On the phone at 9 am take calls, each call lasting 1-2 hots because of their TWENTY FIVE PAGE SCRIPT, but they want you to sell 3-4 per day. YOU CANNOT DEVIATE FROM THE SCRIPT!!

If you have a personality that can shine, and a good work ethic the job will provide you  with needed support and sales training . Since working here I have 11 years experience in over-the-phone sales with warm leads, whereas I didn't have sales experience in the past. I was a public school teacher for 25 years retired. The coaching and the positive help I was able to set financial goals to far exceed what my teaching degree hasn't let me achieve, once I retired.
