Florida One Insurance is a wonderful place to pursue opportunities. The staff and management really do make the environment fun while also motivating employees. It is a job where the possibilities are endless as long as you put in the effort. Upper-level management especially the CEO are wonderful leaders, pushing you to do more and offering career advancement opportunities and overall making their employees growth and well being a priority. When you are part of a company that takes care of their employees and prioritizes them working is not a dreadful task, I truly can't even put into words how thankful and happy I am with my career at Florida One. Anyone with an opportunity at it should jump at the chance. 

This job had its good days and bad days, the bad days was more than good. You work in a dealership setting, you get in trouble if you don’t see all or any of the dealership customers, get blamed that the dealership will close because of you. If you don’t make sales they WILLLLL out your name out in chats that they have with your other coworkers in it. They love to degrade their staff. There are SOME managers that try to push their staff to do good, but most, degrade. Also, need to hit 30 sales every month or you will NOT see commissions, you can sell 29 policies for the month, you won’t see a dime from them. So, apply at your own risk. 

Florida one insurance agency has been the best company I’ve ever worked for. The environment is healthy and filled with nothing but kindness. There are many great opportunities here to grow financially! The bosses are amazing people and so are the management team . They are very understanding and giving. Definitely recommend applying here  

Florida One helped me gain experience with insurance , paid for license and provided training to pass course to obtain my 440 license. Gives multiple opportunities to grow and make $. Good for young people to gain office experience such as customer service and selling.

Great place to work, very understanding and caring  bosses. With full transparency and honesty you will go far with the owners. Plus they deserve it as they are the same w their employees. Training was great I learned everything I needed for the job before even starting

Is a sales job in order to make money you have to work for it like any other sales job I did work for other agencies before and never had the opportunity Florida one offer to there employees the owners are great my managers are very nice people, definitely very happy to be part of this big family.

To much to learn, many dreams to come true, many goals to meet, but the most important thing is the happiness of helping our clients, actively participating in the delivery of cars in the locations where we work.  

nice place to work, management are nice, you need to reach a goal in order to get paid comission, you will be working more than 40 hours per week including weekends  , just a base salary + low commissions , comfortable office
