IOBX is a ground breaking start-up. All people who have negative reviews probably were not prepared to work for a startup. A startup has extremely limited resources and have to be VERY conscious of expenses. The biggest source of motivation for an employee should be to see the company grow. If not passionate about it, then they will keep expecting a big company culture from a start up which is a losing proposition. IOBX is conducting true groundbreaking stem cell research and the CEO is a genuine doctor working so hard to make peoples lives better one day at a time. It is hard work, but that’s expected from a startup which is trying to gain success in this cut throat world!! It is lazy people who are not agile enough who have complaints... with limited budget there is no room for inefficient personnel, and with cutthroat competition from fake centers, there is no room for sub par performance. I had such a great time trying to inch iOBX towards what great success it is meant for. The CEO/ medical director is one of the smartest people I have met. I want to ask the critical folks - which place have they worked where people were perfect? Everyone is development needs even in a Fortune 500.. this place is highly recommended to anyone who wants to grow in their careers because the skills gained are incomparable to any other place.

This is the perfect place to work for someone who is autonomous with a strong work ethic and possesses a passion for patient-centric concierge medicine.  This is a very unique center focused on patient outcomes and raising the standard in the healthcare landscape.  The team is exceptional, the center is immaculate. and the model is nothing short of impressive.  The Medical Director sets the standard for the way medicine should be practiced, is very open to suggestions and feedback, and has a genuine passion and vision to make iOBX the best workplace imaginable.

This is a fast-paced work environment providing an intensity, but a different type of intensity than that of a traditional volume-based medical practice.  The standard of care is unprecedented with two primary areas of focus:
1. Patient Outcomes
2. The Patient Experience.

I really enjoy my work here. The entire team makes key contributions towards creating a caring and supportive environment for our patients. I am able to bring my expertise and prior experience to the work that I do here and very much feel valued for those contributions. I feel like I can depend on the staff and medical director for support and encouragement. I am challenged on a daily basis to innovate and impact our clinical goals. We hold ourselves to a high standard and accountability/support keep the team moving forward. We have fun as a team and enjoy perks of the job including lunches, outings, and holiday parties. We can have some long days based on the treatment schedule but those are offset by a good paid time off structure and flexibility for working remotely, taking a half day for personal reasons, etc.

Some other pluses include a competitive salary, health benefits, a bonus structure, and stipend for professional development are a plus as well.

My main reason for leaving IOBX was a bait and switch. I was told one thing in my interview then after 3 days of starting my entire schedule was changed, in a major way.  The staff  that has been there the longest is not friendly, no one even says hello. My first day I sat for 45 mins waiting for my manager to show up, no one spoke to me as I waited.  I was not introduced to anyone or shown around. I had to ask. Very little instruction/ training is given. Many times I was left just sitting. They are growing and I do believe in the work the doctor does, however they are very unorganized. The doctor not once addressed me or said hello. If you do not go to them and give them your paper work to get started for payroll it doesnt get done. Six people in on month have left, and they just up and left.

iOrthoBIOLOGIX is by far the best job that I have ever had. There are immense opportunities to grow and learn new things in the field. The treatments that are done are completely fascinating and it is very rewarding work. Management is amazing in taking the time to assist and give feedback when necessary. Medical Director is very driven to see the company thrive and takes pride in providing staff with the materials needed to succeed. The culture is great, everyone works as a team to get work done for the patients. I would give iOBX 6 stars if I could!

I have thoroughly enjoyed my time working with this company. The staff is super welcoming and feels more like a family than coworkers. The job is fast-paced and requires good organizational skills. Someone who has drive to become a better practitioner and hone their skills with patients will thrive here. This a great environment for growth. The days can sometimes be longer with the concierge nature of the practice, but the patients are wonderful to work with and making a meaningful difference makes the time fly by.

I loved the clinical work and the education I learned from this office.However as a start up business, always room for improvement.I love the clinical aspect of the internship however the lack of communication skills with the provider was very poor however the overworked office manager was great!!!

If I can save anyone 's time. I will. Let me start by saying that this is the worst job I have ever had. Very unorganized, poor management and egotistical personalities. They fish and hook you into their business and when you actually get there its a complete waste of time. Terrible pay, no benefits, and terrible working environment. Its supposed to be a doctors office and its more like a frat party.

Working at iOBX has been a great learning experience for me. The company is constantly growing and that pushes the employees to grow as well. Management is very involved in every aspect of the company and wants the best for every employee. Communication is great amongst our team because we are the iOBX family.

This is a great place to have a big impact on the lives of patients. The commitment to excellence and improving the lives of our patients is centered in all that we do. I feel respected and valued for the work that I do. The team is very supportive of each other and always brings energy to a fast-paced and innovative environment.
