The management at nfuzion is one of the best perks about the job. Whatever you do there, the management team makes sure that you know how important you and what you do are to the company. I've worked several places with them and the team is always willing to help with anything I need and, as long as you work hard and show up when you say you will, they do whatever it takes to help you succeed. They ask for good work and dedication and they are dedicated to you in return. I don't see how I could get a better deal anywhere else. Benefits are pretty standard for a small company but it's the culture that stands out.

Everyone is willing to jump in, helping and supporting others.   There is so much growth opportunity for those looking to come in, make a difference and work towards our common goals.

Working here is trash. They will not hesitate to fire you based on gossip. Absolutely disgusting excuse for management. Just like all garbage jobs, they have a high turnover rate for a reason. This business is not approved by the BBB, which is a big red flag. They are faceless entity that hires random people as quickly as they fire people...another red flag. 

I work for a very great team. Upper management is very supportive and is on the same page for not only company growth, but everyone's personal growth as well. I really enjoy working with this team, and to have the support you need to be successful at your job is a huge benefit. I cannot say enough good things about our company.

Management takes the time time to educate it employees on best practices for talent acquisition and quality improvement.  This is a team focused approach that leads to client satisfaction and the best possible outcomes for success.  Communication is encouraged always and is part of nFuzion Health's culture of success

Worked here during the pandemic and it was a nice gig for what it is. Started off with here part time but they offered me a contract full-time remote position after. It was enjoyable as long as you did the minimum you were fine and left you alone for the most part. 

I've worked at nFuzion for a few years now, and I must say the people who work there make all the difference in the world. You can tell you're not just another cog in the machine but that they care about you and your well-being as well. 

During the pandemic it was really negative with the leaders of the Contract Medical  Company, I was referred to so negative.  Never say what you think!   Though, Nfuzion Supervisor was awesome. Always solving problems. 

Due to COVID-19 I was let go.  However they offered me a position when they reopened however it was a huge pay cut, therefore I had to decline.  If my position was available I would go back in a heartbeat.
