In Loving Memory is an established, small printing business located in Richardson, Texas. We have an immediate opening for a full time Customer Service Representative.
Shift hours:
Tuesday-Friday 10:30a-7p and Saturday 9a-4p. Off days are Sunday and Monday.
Job Description:
Tasks will include answering phones, processing and entering emailed orders, file prep for Designers, keeping track of orders throughout the day, proofreading programs before going to print, filing, and editing print ready files.
We work in a fast and efficient-paced environment due to our 24-hour turnaround time. Our work here is repetitive and detail oriented. However, we do have a relaxed work environment with a small staff.
Skills Necessary:
·* Warm and pleasant phone attitude. Customer service skills a must!*
·* Ability to transcribe from handwritten notes*
·* Attention to detail such as spelling, proper grammar, and layout details (typefaces, alignment, print imperfections, etc.)*
·* Ability to perform repetitive tasks without losing focus*
·* Problem solving, open to new solutions*
·* Ability to pick up new software and new systems quickly*
Familiarity with Software Knowledge:
· Word
· Microsoft Outlook
· InDesign (a plus!)
· PhotoShop (a plus!)
