(Long Motor Corporation) d/b/a LMC Truck is seeking dedicated Bilingual & Non-Bilingual Customer Service Representatives “CSR”, to work in our Inbound ONSITE Call Center, who are driven to put the customer first!

As a Customer Service Representative, you are essential in delivering outstanding support to our clients. Your skills in customer service, communication, and data entry will enable you to address inquiries and resolve issues. With relevant experience in call center operations and proficiency in Microsoft Office, you will contribute positive customer experience and support the organization's commitment to excellence in client services. Particulars of the Position:
3-Week Training Schedule: Begins on Monday, September 14, 2026, at 8:00 AM.
- 1st and 2nd week: Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 4:30pm
- 3rd week: Nesting on the call center floor 11:30am to 8:00pm
Available schedule:
- Monday - Friday, from 11:30 AM - 8:00 PM
- Saturdays and Sundays OFF!
To be Successful in our ONSITE Call Center:
- Provide exceptional customer service by taking orders and addressing inquiries promptly via phone.
- Have at least 1 year of experience of customer service in a call center.
- Demonstrate effective customer service communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent phone etiquette is required.
- Basic computer skills and data entry experience are essential.
- Bilingual in Spanish, preferred but not required.
