Promotions Assistant – Events Team

Looking for a full-time opportunity where you can work with people, build practical experience, and be part of an energetic team?

Kinetic Marketing is expanding its Events Team in Cincinnati and is looking for enthusiastic Promotions Assistants to support live events, promotional campaigns, and community activations while representing nationally recognized brands.

This opportunity is well suited to people who enjoy social, fast-moving environments and want to develop hands-on experience across promotions, sales, customer engagement, and events.

Previous experience isn't required. Full training is provided, so your attitude, communication skills, and willingness to learn are what matter most.

Your Role

As a Promotions Assistant, you'll work alongside the wider Events Team to help deliver promotional campaigns across Cincinnati.

You'll interact directly with event attendees, introduce brands and current promotions, and help create a positive experience throughout each campaign. You'll also contribute toward sales objectives and individual and team goals.

Your responsibilities will include:

Representing nationally recognized brands at promotional events and pop-up activations
Welcoming and engaging with event attendees in a friendly and professional way
Demonstrating products and explaining current promotions and offers
Supporting sales objectives through confident customer communication
Helping with event setup, execution, and the overall guest experience
Collaborating with team members to work toward individual and team goals
Taking part in ongoing coaching and development sessions to strengthen your skills
