About Us
Mosaic Technologies is growing, and we are looking to add a Sales & Service Technician to our team in Eau Claire, WI. The Sales & Service Technician installs telephone, Internet, TV, and security solutions to provide customers with state-of-the-art products and services. The successful candidate understands the importance of customer service, teamwork, timeliness, quality, and safety. We are looking for a technician who takes pride in doing their best every day to deliver quality products and services while providing customers with an outstanding experience. Please note that this position reports to our Eau Claire, WI office.
Essential Functions (including but not limited to)

Review work orders, gather materials needed for installation, read maps to determine location, and communicate with customers.

Installation, maintenance, and repair of copper and fiber systems for residential and commercial customers.

Install connections, fittings, and termination hardware for connection to end-user equipment.

Troubleshoot complex issues to ensure adequate performance of Internet, phone, TV, and security services.

Convey a positive and professional appearance and demeanor when communicating the company’s products and services to customers.

Complete tasks within specified timeframe while offering world-class customer service.

Report time for jobs completed and obtain customer signoff on completed work.

Participate in on-call rotation.
Qualifications and Skills

2-year degree in telecommunications or related field preferred.

At least one year of applicable experience
