**At this time we do not offer 401k or medical benefits.
**Work hours are based upon performance, you will not be guarenteed a set amount of hours each week. Your jobs will likely range from 5-12hrs a day.
**Experience driving box trucks with air brakes and prior moving experience are a plus but not required.
Mover duties include:
- Preparing items for transport by disassembling, packing, padding & wrapping.
- Loading items onto a moving vehicle that is equipped with a lift gate OR ramps.
- Transporting belongings to their new location.
- Carefully unloading, unwrapping & reassembling items from the vehicle and placing them in their designated areas.
- Taking direction from clients regarding the packing and placement of items.
- Effectively communicating with your team and following your team leads directions.
- Providing a professional high level customer to all customers.
A Mover should have the following skillset:
- The ability to repeatedly lift and carry heavy boxes and furniture.
- Effective communication skills when interacting with clients and fellow Movers.
- Organizational capabilities.
- The ability to solve problems on the spot.
- Basic knowledge of furniture assembly and disassembly.
- Meticulousness skills when packing and loading furniture for safe transportation.
- **MUST BE ATLEAST 21 YEARS OLD & HAVE POSSESSED A DRIVERS LICENSE FOR A MINIMUM OF 1 YEAR, NO MAJOR VIOLATIONS ON DMV RECORD **
