Are you passionate about helping students discover their future careers? Join our team as a Part-Time Career Coach for an impactful, grant-funded program during the 2026-27 academic year!
In this role, you’ll be at the forefront of career education—working directly with a diverse group of students across multiple grade levels to guide them toward their professional goals. You’ll foster the development and implementation of a dynamic, comprehensive career education program that truly makes a difference.
This isn’t a desk job—assignments may include multiple schools throughout the Northern Tier region (Bradford, Sullivan, Susquehanna, Tioga, and Wyoming counties). Build strong connections with local businesses and create real-world learning opportunities for students. From classroom workshops to on-site experiences, you’ll be opening doors for the next generation of professionals.
What you'll do:
- Empower students through personalized career education and coaching
- Build relationships with local businesses to foster work-based learning experiences
- Collaborate with schools to bring innovative career programming to life
What we're looking for:
- A minimum of a four-year college degree in a related field
- 1–3 years of relevant experience is preferred
- An equivalent combination of education and experience may also be considered
- A passion for student development, strong communication skills, and the ability to engage with diverse communities
Clearances (Act 34, 151, and 168) are required before employment begins, but not needed to apply.
