Lead daily restaurant operations and deliver excellent guest service

High school diploma or equivalent
-
Previous restaurant management experience required
-
General Manager experience in a high-volume, full-service restaurant preferred

Strong leadership, communication, organization, and guest-service skills

Passion for developing others and creating memorable guest experiences

Ability to succeed in a fast-paced, high-energy restaurant environment

Must meet the minimum age requirement to serve alcohol

Must obtain and maintain all required food safety and alcohol service certifications, where required by state or local law

Ability to stand for extended periods and lift or move items as needed, with or without reasonable accommodation
This position is based on a 45-hour workweek.
