- Build and maintain strong customer relationships through exceptional service, follow-up, and ongoing communication.
- Manage sales administration tasks, including CRM system updates, policy documentation, and client records management.
- Stay informed about industry regulations, product updates, and compliance standards such as HIPAA and insurance laws.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to develop outreach strategies and participate in community events or telemarketing campaigns to expand reach.
Skills
- Proven experience in outside sales, retail sales, or telemarketing with a focus on client engagement.
- Strong negotiation skills combined with excellent communication abilities in multiple languages or bilingual proficiency preferred.
- Knowledge of insurance products including life, health, property casualty, and commercial insurance is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with CRM systems, Microsoft Office suite, and sales administration processes to streamline workflow.
