We're seeking a Leasing Professional to help create an outstanding prospect and resident experience across our growing multifamily portfolio in the Greater Boston area.
Your Opportunity as Leasing Professional
As a Leasing Professional, you'll serve as one of the first points of contact for prospective residents and play a key role in driving occupancy, resident satisfaction, and community success. You'll guide prospects through the leasing process, build relationships with current residents, and help create a welcoming and engaging community environment.
This role is ideal for an energetic, customer-focused professional who enjoys building relationships, achieving goals, and delivering exceptional service.
What You'll Do
- Conduct community tours and showcase apartment homes and amenities to prospective residents.
- Manage prospect inquiries through phone, email, online platforms, and walk-in traffic.
- Guide prospects through the leasing process from initial inquiry through move-in.
- Follow up with prospective residents and maintain accurate lead management records.
- Assist with lease preparation, renewals, and resident retention initiatives.
- Support resident communications and help resolve resident concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Maintain a strong understanding of market conditions, pricing, and competitive communities.
- Assist with community marketing efforts, outreach activities, and resident events.
- Ensure model apartments, amenity spaces, and tour routes are presented to company standards.
- Partner with onsite leadership to achieve occupancy and leasing goals.
What You'll Bring (Required Experience & Skills)
- 1+ years of experience in multifamily leasing, customer service, sales, hospitality, retail, or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to build relationships and deliver exceptional customer service.
- Sales-oriented mindset with the ability to convert prospects into residents.
- Strong organizational and follow-up skills.
- Experience using property management software such as Entrata, Yardi, RealPage, or similar platforms is preferred.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and general computer applications.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends as business needs require.
What We Offer
- Competitive pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour, plus leasing incentives where applicable.
- Outstanding leasing incentives: In addition to your hourly pay, you'll earn 1% of the net lease value on every new lease, offering one of the strongest leasing commission programs in the market and providing an exceptional opportunity to significantly increase your earnings.
