The Environmental Services Director's responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Lead the floor technicians, housekeeping and laundry staff to ensure cleanliness of all areas of the facility
Assist the team in performing routine cleaning of residents’ rooms, nursing units, clinical areas, waiting areas, lobby, lounge, restrooms and corridors
Demonstrate ability to utilize appropriate chemicals and supplies according to procedure for laundry, housekeeping and floor care
Assist with residents' clothing and inventory
Move residents’ personal items for discharges/room changes
Manage staffing schedules, daily hours and paid time off requests
Maintain spend down logs according to budget
