Electrical Supervisor

About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Electrical Supervisor to lead the daily electrical supervision of project work across our active sites nationwide. You will keep work on budget and to specification, solve engineering problems with practical and cost effective solutions, and bring extensive hands on electrical knowledge of industrial and construction site operations. You will report to the Site Manager or Project Manager on each project. This is a 100% travel role.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise electrical installation work on site and ensure every installation is inspected, adjusted as needed, and fully operational.
- Make site health and safety the first priority, carry out site audits in line with the company audit schedule, and maintain a safe working environment for all crews.
- Ensure each project is adequately staffed and that personnel are motivated, developed, and performing to contract requirements.
- Supervise contracted staff and coordinate with subcontractors.
- Maintain quality control procedures across all work.
- Review contract requirements, specifications, drawings, and conditions to identify variations, keep site management and the client informed of changes, and support the resolution of claims or final account disputes.
- Attend general contractor meetings, resolve on site problems, conduct routine inspections, direct site labor, and coordinate with team leaders.
- Support coordination of the design schedule against the construction schedule and specification requirements.
- Liaise with site management and general contractors to fit our work into the overall project schedule, and plan material procurement and labor levels accordingly.
- Coordinate site labor and equipment rental, and work with the Site Manager to achieve an effective start on site operations on time.
- Collect project information and report progress to the Site Manager for client updates.
- Arrange and oversee commissioning and client demonstrations, and handle any modifications the client requires.
- Use specialist construction management software as needed.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required, with preference given to candidates with higher education, technical training, or industry certifications.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Must be fluent in English. Spanish proficiency is a strong plus.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in the electrical industry, including at least 4 years of experience in conveyor systems and/or industrial machinery installation.
- OSHA 30 certification required.
- Journeyman or Master Electrician license is preferred.

- Ability to work in fast-paced industrial and construction environments while maintaining safety and quality standards.
Experience
- Minimum of 3 years of supervisory experience managing crews of approximately 15 to 30 personnel on industrial or construction projects.
Additional Requirements
- Must be willing and able to travel 100% of the time.
- Ability to work extended hours, weekends, and shutdown schedules as required by project demands.
