This is an On-Site Full-Time Hourly Employment in the Cylinder Head Department, this position will work in disassembling, tearing down, cleaning, and preparing Cylinder heads. This position will allow you to have a direct impact on the success of the company.

Disassemble cylinder heads
-
Clean, sandblast, and prepare cylinder heads for assembly
-
Inspect Cylinder Head components
-
Teardown and Prepare Cylinder Heads for Assembly
-
All other duties as assigned

Complete visual inspections via inprocess steps
-
Work with a team to meet daily production requirements and stringent delivery schedules.

Read and interpret work instructions

Follow and Adhere to Safety Personal Protective Equipment, Safety Protocols, and ensure a clean and organized workspace

Assist or support with training as needed

Performs other duties as assigned

This position operates in a fabrication environment with exposure to fabrication machine shop fumes, highpitched noise from machining, and metal particulates

Work is indoors in a controlled temperature environment! However, your area or areas around you may have potential exposure to different temperatures from fabrication or assembly, and or job related oils and chemicals.

Employees must wear personal protective equipment (PPE), as required by department or job function

You’re cool standing or moving around for extended periods up to 8 hours a day.

You don’t mind getting your hands dirty and working with automotive grease and or oils
-
You can lift 50 lbs, stand and maneuver for extended periods of time

You’ve got exceptional handeye coordination and fine motor skills and able to perform fine finger and hand manipulation for up to 8 hours per day

Bending, reaching, or working in confined spaces is not an issue to you

You can hear and respond to machinery sounds or safety alarms in a loud environment.
