How you will make an impact:
As the Executive Director, you will oversee daily operations at our assisted living and memory care community. This role requires strong leadership, regulatory knowledge, and a commitment to high-quality resident care. Key responsibilities include supervising staff, managing budgets, maintaining occupancy, and developing programs that support resident independence and well-being. The ideal candidate will have experience in senior services, excellent communication skills, and a collaborative, solutions-focused approach to management.
Schedule: This is a full-time position working Monday-Friday, 8:30am-5:00pm.
What you will need:
- Bachelor’s degree is preferred; Business Administration, Hospitality or Health related field is a plus.
- At least 3 years of previous managerial experience in senior living, healthcare, or hospitality required.
- Residential Care/Assisted Living Administrator's License OR Nursing Home Administrator License required.
- 21 years of age or older.
