Position Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized HR Coordinator to join our team at the Corporate Office in Wahiawa. This role is critical to supporting our human resources functions and ensuring effective communication within the organization. The ideal candidate will have strong interpersonal skills and a commitment to providing exceptional service to employees.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as a primary point of contact for HR-related inquiries from employees and management, fostering a supportive work environment.
- Assist in the recruitment process, including coordinating interviews, managing applicant tracking, and conducting reference checks.
- Support the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a comprehensive orientation experience.
- Maintain and update employee records and HR databases with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Assist in the administration of employee benefits and payroll, addressing any questions or concerns as they arise.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant labor laws, maintaining confidentiality of sensitive information.
- Use Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and other office tools for reports and spreadsheets.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities, with the capacity to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- A professional demeanor and the ability to work collaboratively within a team-oriented environment.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
