As a Happy Plumber at Mullen Plumbing, you play an essential role in delivering an exceptional customer experience every single day. Your primary goals include taking care of Miss Jones, charging accordingly, offering clear options ("Options, Options, Options"), taking photos, keeping your van clean and stocked, upholding uniform standards, supporting the company's mission and values, and-above all-showing up as a Happy Plumber.
In addition to these core responsibilities, your secondary goals include maintaining 25 billable hours each week (or 5 hours per day), achieving a 90% satisfaction rate, and completing your work within a 40-hour week.
Your job requires ownership from start to finish. This means following the ServiceTitan workflow communicating with the customer, building and selling estimates on site, performing the work today, collecting payment before leaving the job, and repeating this process consistently. You a1 expected to minimize callbacks and fully own any callbacks that do occur.
A typical workday is 8:00am-4:30/5:00pm, Monday through Friday. While we do not work nights, we do expect you to do whatever it takes during the weekday to complete all aspects of your assigned jobs. At times, this may mean staying late. It is your responsibility to determine what is best for both the customer and the company.

Relationship- quickly establish rapport with the customer;
Inspect- identify the customer's needs and wants;
Solutions- package solutions to offer clearly and confidently;
Execute- overcome objections and move the job forward.
Your performance will be evaluated on hours sold, positive reviews, vehicle cleanliness, your attitude, and how consistently you uphold the mission and values. Required skills for this role include strong customer service and communication skills, a thorough understanding of plumbing systems, and knowledge of plumbing code.
