Bryant Group, Inc. is a Plumbing Contractor located in Gaithersburg, MD. We are currently seeking an Accounts Receivable Billing Specialist with Construction experience . The successful candidate should be skilled in mathematics, well-organized and have excellent communication skills. Previous experience with construction billing is required.
Responsibilities are as follows:
- Processing weekly invoicing
- Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies
- Process time and material invoices
- Assist in maintaining time and material log
Skills:
- Proficient in accounts receivable billing
- Strong analytical skills
- Strong communication skills for effective interaction with clients and team members
- Knowledge of office administration and procedures
- Knowledge of general bookkeeping procedures
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- 3 - 5 years and general accounting experience
