Role Overview
- Position: Paralegal
- Location: 100% Remote (Must be based in Texas, U.S.)
- Firm’s Practice Area: Insurance Litigation
- Firm Size: Small, close-knit firm
- Salary: Starting at $50,000, commensurate with experience
Key Responsibilities
- Draft legal pleadings, motions, and discovery requests/responses.
- Analyze, organize, and sort medical records and insurance claim files.
- Answer written discovery.
- Maintain prompt, professional communication with clients, experts, and internal team members.
Qualifications
- 2-3 years of experience (insurance defense highly preferred)
- Proven litigation experience.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment while supporting a collaborative team.
