Duties
- Prepare a variety of non-alcoholic beverages, including coffee, tea, and specialty drinks, ensuring quality and consistency.
- Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS to process retail sales transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Provide outstanding customer service by greeting guests warmly, taking orders, and addressing inquiries with enthusiasm.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the café area, including food handling and beverage service stations.
- Handle cash transactions with precision, process payments, and give correct change using cash handling best practices.
- Assist in food preparation tasks as needed, ensuring food safety standards are met at all times.
- Manage time effectively during busy periods to serve customers promptly while maintaining high standards of quality.
Requirements
- Previous barista experience or food service experience is highly preferred; familiarity with café operations is a plus.
- Proficiency with POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for sales processing.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with diverse guests.
- Basic math skills for cash handling, processing transactions, and giving accurate change.
- Knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling procedures.
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks during peak hours.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail and cleanliness.

Pay: $15.00 - $16.00 per hour
