We're looking for a skilled, patient-focused Licensed Nurse Injector to join us and help our clients look and feel their best.
Position Summary
The Nurse Injector performs a full range of aesthetic injectable treatments, conducts thorough consultations, develops individualized treatment plans, and ensures every patient receives safe, high-quality care. This role is ideal for a confident, detail-oriented clinician with an eye for facial aesthetics and a passion for building lasting patient relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform neuromodulator (Botox, Dysport, Xeomin, Daxxify) and dermal filler injections with precision and an aesthetic eye.
- Administer additional treatments as qualified, which may include [Sculptra, PRP/PRF, microneedling, IV therapy, weight-management injectables, laser/].
- Conduct comprehensive consultations, assess patient goals and medical history, and recommend appropriate treatment plans.
- Educate patients on procedures, expected outcomes, pre- and post-care instructions, and realistic expectations.
- Identify, manage, and document adverse events or complications according to practice protocols.
- Maintain accurate, compliant medical records and obtain proper informed consent.
- Adhere to all state board of nursing regulations, medical-director protocols, OSHA, HIPAA, and infection-control standards.
- Maintain a clean, stocked, and well-organized treatment environment.
- Support a positive patient experience and contribute to retention, reviews, and referrals.
- Stay current on aesthetic techniques, products, and best practices through continuing education.
Required Qualifications
- Active, [RN / NP / PA] license in the state of Texas.
- 3+ years of hands-on aesthetic injecting experience (neurotoxins and dermal fillers).
- Completion of an accredited cosmetic injectables training program.
- Current BLS/CPR certification.
- Strong knowledge of facial anatomy and injection safety.
- Excellent communication, consultative, and interpersonal skills.
- Professional, polished demeanor and strong attention to detail.
Pay: $1.00 - $2.00 per hour
