Job Title: Car wash Attendant
Reports to: Site Manager
Summary:
The perfect fit for our Express Car Wash team would be someone who is people oriented, self-motivated, dependable, able to work effectively and safely in a fast-paced environment while maintaining 100% total customer focus.
The Car Wash Attendant operates a car wash facility by providing exceptional customer service, safe loading of customer vehicle into the wash bay, ability to upsell washes and continuous sales of wash memberships and maintaining a clean and safe work environment for all. We sell car wash services and provide unlimited car wash memberships. We are looking for hard working people who value safety, have a positive work attitude, goal oriented, and enjoy working as a team. Commissions available with membership sales, with no cap on commissions.

Essential Functions
- Provides top quality customer service at all times and to every customer.
- Secures all funds in safe or register. Makes timely drops and maintains cash drawer at or below
- maximum level, in accordance with Company policies, guidelines and procedures.
- Performs daily car wash cleaning while maintaining a safe work environment.
- Courteous, professional contact with co-workers, customers, vendors, and community at large.
- Neat appearance and good personal hygiene in compliance with company image standards.
- Takes reasonable precautions and measures to protect company assets.
- Preserves the safety of self, fellow employees and all others in the work location.
- Must conduct themselves at all times, in accordance with the site code of conduct.
- Complete other tasks as assigned by management.
- Periodic exposure to all outdoor conditions at all times of day.
