Quick Lube Technician

What You'll Do
- Perform oil changes, tire rotations, and routine maintenance services
- Complete vehicle inspections and identify maintenance needs
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Provide excellent service to customers and teammates
- Follow manufacturer and dealership service procedures
What We're Looking For
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record preferred
- Automotive experience is a plus, but not required
- Desire to learn and advance within the automotive industry
Compensation
We utilize a hybrid compensation plan for our Quick Lube Technicians, which includes both an hourly wage and flat-rate commission.
Quick Lube Technicians
- Starting pay: $12.00 per clock hour plus $12.00 per flat-rate hour
- Earning potential increases based on performance, productivity, and experience
For technicians interested in advancing into Main Line Technician roles, compensation ranges include:
C-Level Technicians
- $25.00 to $32.00 per flat-rate hour
B-Level Technicians
- $32.00 to $40.00 per flat-rate hour
Master Technicians
- $41.00 to $50.00 per flat-rate hour
- Additional bonus opportunities available based on qualifications and performance
