2am start. Home by noon. Monday–Friday. We cover your health insurance premium and your deductible.
PAY & BENEFITS
- $25.50–$26.50/hr based on experience
- Overtime available most weeks (40–45 hrs typical)

THE JOB
Consistent commercial rear load route, local businesses, same stops every week. You work independently. No micromanagement. Most drivers are home before lunch.
REQUIREMENTS
- Valid CDL-A or CDL-B + DOT medical card
- Clean MVR — no DUI, no more than 2 moving violations in 3 years
- Prior rear load or refuse experience preferred, not required
