Responsibilities
Provide compassionate assistance with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility support
Monitor residents’ health and safety by observing patient conditions and reporting changes promptly
Assist with medication administration following care plans and HIPAA privacy regulations- We do train caregivers as Medication Technicians.
Maintain accurate documentation of patient care activities, vital signs, and incident reports in compliance with healthcare standards
Support residents’ emotional well-being through engaging activities, companionship, and respectful communication

Qualifications
- Caregiver certification as required by state law.
- Previous experience in long-term care preferred
