- Schedule patient appointments and manage front-desk operations
- Answer and route phone calls, messages, and patient inquiries promptly and professionally
- Maintain and update patient information in Epic electronic medical records (EMR)
- Process referrals, insurance verifications, and required documentation
- Support physicians, nurses, and department staff with administrative needs
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations and hospital policies
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of recent secretarial experience in a hospital or medical setting (required)
- Proficiency with Epic EMR (required)
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
