Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced, motivated, and dynamic District Manager to lead daily operations, ensure clinical excellence, and support the professional growth of our therapy team. This position is ideal for a physical therapist who thrives in both patient care and leadership — someone who can balance hands-on treatment with operational oversight and team mentorship.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily clinical operations and ensure efficient patient flow
- Supervise and mentor physical therapists, assistants, and support staff
- Manage scheduling, productivity, and compliance with company and state regulations
- Maintain high standards of evidence-based clinical practice
- Develop and implement quality assurance and performance improvement initiatives
- Collaborate with executive leadership to achieve organizational goals and growth
- Foster a positive, patient-centered culture that supports employee engagement and satisfaction
- Participate in community outreach and professional development activities
- Have reliable transportation to visit multiple locations
Required Qualifications:
- Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) in Physical Therapy
- Current Texas Physical Therapy License
- Minimum 3 years of clinical experience in an outpatient setting
- Prior leadership or supervisory experience
- Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
- Strong understanding of clinical operations, productivity metrics, and compliance standards
