What You’ll Do

Guide customers through buying or leasing new and pre-owned vehicles

Build trust by listening first and recommending the right fit

Demonstrate vehicle features, options, and benefits

Coordinate test drives

Work closely with managers and F&I to close deals

Deliver vehicles and create an outstanding experience

Follow up after the sale and grow your book of business

Stay sharp with training, product knowledge, and compliance

Requirements:
Job Qualifications
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS (EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, CERTIFICATIONS, LICENSES)

High School Diploma or equivalent

Minimum of 1 year relevant sales or customer service experience

Valid driver’s license with satisfactory Motor Vehicle Report (MVR)
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
-
Previous work experience working directly with the public, selling or influencing others, establishing and maintaining interpersonal relationships, and communicating with persons outside the organization via phone, face-to-face, email and/or social media.

Attention to detail

Customer-focused with the ability to communicate directly with customers, explaining vehicle details, recommendations and costs

Using computers and computer systems (including hardware and software) to enter data and process information

Cooperative spirit that requires being pleasant with others on the job and displaying good-natured, cooperative attitude; being sensitive to other’s needs and feelings while being understanding and helpful
