The Home Energy Solutions Specialist is responsible for analyzing consumer needs, negotiating and closing deals, meeting sales targets, gathering feedback, educating customers, answering detailed questions about Generac products, and maintaining department expectations. The primary goal of this role is to drive sales of energy solutions and provide excellent customer service to both potential and current customers
Essential Duties:
Department Expectations: Maintain departmental standards, including customer satisfaction, productivity, and adherence to company policies.
Minimum Requirements:
Associates degree in related field or equivalent experience
1 year related experience within Sales, Retail, Marketing

Office Environment:
