Job Description
As a Mobile Notary with Pairapp, you’ll receive appointment requests through our app, travel to the client’s location, and perform notarial services. This is a flexible, on-demand opportunity where you decide when to work and how often.
Responsibilities
- Travel to customer locations for scheduled notary appointments
- Verify client identity and witness signatures on legal documents
- Perform notarizations in compliance with state laws and regulations
- Maintain accurate notary records and logs (where required by law)
- Deliver excellent customer service and professionalism at every appointment
Requirements
- Active notary public commission in the state of California
- Must own a notary seal/stamp, journal, and any required supplies
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Proof of insurance (if applicable)
- Prior mobile notary experience preferred but not required
- Smartphone (iOS or Android) with the Pairapp installed
- Strong attention to detail and professionalism
