Minimum 7 years insurance experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Insurance Verification and Billing:Verifying patient insurance benefits, submitting claims, and processing insurance payments.
- Patient Financial Arrangements:Discussing treatment costs, payment options, and financial agreements with patients.
- Collections:Following up on overdue accounts and managing patient balances.
- Communication and Customer Service:Communicating with insurance companies, patients, and other staff to resolve issues and ensure smooth operations.
- Documentation and Record Keeping:Maintaining accurate records of patient financial information, insurance data, and payment transactions.
- Office Procedures:May also be involved in greeting patients, scheduling appointments, and handling general office duties.

In the role of Dental Office Manager, you will oversee the daily operations of the dental practice. Reporting to the practice owner (lead dentist). Handeling insurance billing, patient financial arrangements, and collections, ensuring smooth financial operations for the practice. This role requires strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills to navigate complex insurance policies and work with patients to resolve payment issues.
