We are expanding and looking for a talented, growth-oriented Medical Aesthetician & Laser Technician to join our team.
What You’ll Do
- Perform corrective and advanced skin care treatments
- Provide laser services, including laser hair removal using the Motus AZ+
- Perform Jet Plasma, chemical peels, hydrafacial-style treatments, and acne programs
- Deliver consistent, high-quality client experiences
- Educate clients on treatment plans and at-home care
- Maintain accurate charting, sanitation, and follow spa protocols
- Create before/after photos and light social media content
- Support a culture of teamwork, professionalism, and excellence

What We’re Looking For
Required:
- Arizona Licensed Aesthetician
- Laser certification in Arizona
- Strong communication skills + professional demeanor
- Passion for corrective skin + delivering exceptional client results
- Self-motivated, reliable, and team-oriented
Preferred Experience:
- Laser hair removal (Motus or similar)
- Jet Plasma or advanced device work
- Chemical peels, acne bootcamp, or corrective skincare
- Hydrafacial/HydraJet-type services
- Comfort with client education and rebooking
- Interest in social media content creation (bonus)
