We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Kitchen Production Assistant to help with the “popping” of gummies from molds as part of our edible manufacturing process. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work, can follow instructions carefully, and thrives in a production setting.
Remove (“pop”) finished gummies from silicone molds with care to maintain quality and consistency.
Inspect gummies for imperfections and ensure they meet quality standards. Organize and prepare gummies for the next stage of packaging or processing.
Assist with cleaning molds, utensils, and work surfaces in compliance with food safety standards.
Follow all company procedures, OCP regulations, and safety protocols.
Assist kitchen team members with other production-related tasks as needed.
Previous kitchen, food production, or manufacturing experience preferred, but not required.
Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks.
Strong attention to detail and quality.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Must be at least 21 years old.
Ability to obtain any necessary state-required cannabis industry credentials or badges (if applicable).
Ability to lift up to 25 lbs.
Manual dexterity for handling small, delicate products.
Standing, bending, and repetitive hand motions for the majority of the shift.
