Overview
Micro Tech is seeking motivated Assembly Technicians to join our client's manufacturing team. This is a full-time, first-shift opportunity, working Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Responsibilities
- Assemble mechanical and electromechanical components for final system assembly
- Install electrical components, wiring and build cable harnesses according to specifications
- Utilize hand tools and power tools to assemble equipment
- Perform testing to ensure proper operation
- Support prototype development, new product introductions and manufacturing builds
- Collaborate with engineering and production teams to identify assembly improvements
- Troubleshoot, repair, and rework assemblies to meet quality and performance standards
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safety-focused work environment while following established manufacturing procedures
Qualifications
- 2-3+ years of mechanical and/or electromechanical assembly
- Ability to read blueprints and utilize hand and power tools
- Robotics experience preferred
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
