Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team. The LPN will utilize their expertise in medical documentation, patient assessment, medication administration, and vital signs monitoring . Duties
- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments including vital signs, physical examinations, and health history documentation.
- Administer medications and injections accurately following prescribed protocols.
- Provide specialized care for patients with dementia, Alzheimer's disease, memory impairments
- Document thoroughly within EMR/EHR systems point click care while maintaining HIPAA compliance.
- Ensure infection control standards are upheld through proper sterilization and aseptic techniques.
Pay: $26.00 - $30.00 per hour
