Job Description/Responsibilities

Must be 18 years of age and can work 25 to 35 hours a week (flexible hours)

Must have lead experience in a fast paced/quick service restaurant

Experience leading a mid-size team (12 to 30 employees)

Must have reliable transportation

Food Certification (Preferred not a must)

Experience with inventory procedures

Experience with store processes and procedures

Strong communication skills

Be able to troubleshoot and problem solve issues that arise

Must be able to work days, nights, weekends, and holidays as needed

Must be willing to cover shifts as needed

Ability to work effectively under pressure

Be a leader with great organizational skills

Prepare ice cream, milkshake, and sundaes for both customers and third party delivery services

Help Train and hire new employees
