The Vice President Sales leads a team of customer facing directors, managers, and professionals responsible for managing sales strategies and driving revenue growth. Plans, organizes, directs, and controls the development and implementation of the Sales strategy within the FedEx Services e-Commerce and Retail Vertical. Supports the sales regions in the areas of strategic planning, portfolio / go-to-market enhancements, training, and administration to ensure continuity and consistency in our sales programs and execution.

Minimum Education
Bachelors degree required.
Minimum Experience
Ten (10) years commercial sales and sales management experience, including demonstred successful management experience. Airfreight or other sales exerience in automated sales, international sales may be required.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
Significant experience in multi-account/business planning, formulating, and executing sales strategies.
Experience with automated sales systems and their applications. International sales experience may be required. Demonstrated skills in formulating and executing aggressive sales programs and strategies. Previous experience in initiating new or major market expansion sales programs, including the start-up of new sales organizations. Strong basic management, human relations, analytical, managerial, and communications skills.
