Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Grounds Crew member to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining the grounds of our property to the highest standards. This is a great opportunity for individuals who enjoy working outdoors and have a passion for landscape maintenance.
Duties:
- Perform daily groundskeeping duties, including lawn care, pruning, and weeding.
- Operate power tools and hand tools to maintain the grounds, including lawn mowers, trimmers, and edgers.
- Water plants and flowers as needed, ensuring the property remains well-irrigated.
- Maintain the landscape by planting, pruning, and removing dead plants.
- Assist with special events and projects as needed, including setting up tables and chairs.
- Clean up after events and projects to ensure the grounds remain clean and well-maintained.
- Perform other duties as required to maintain the grounds.
Requirements:
- Experience in groundskeeping or a related field.
- Knowledge of power tools and hand tools used in landscape maintenance.
- Ability to maintain a lawn and garden to high standards.
- Experience with irrigation systems.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Physical stamina to perform physically demanding tasks.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
- A passion for landscape maintenance and a desire to create a beautiful outdoor space.
