Receiving Associate - Retail Warehouse
Location: 4370 Malsbary Road, Blue Ash, OH, 45242
We are seeking a detail-oriented Receiving Associate to join our retail warehouse team at our Blue Ash Processing Center location. In this role, you will be responsible for receiving, processing, organizing, and stocking incoming merchandise to ensure accurate inventory and efficient store operations. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, works well with a team, and maintains strong attention to detail.
- Receive, unload, and inspect incoming shipments and merchandise
- Verify shipment accuracy against invoices, packing slips, and purchase orders
- Sort, label, and organize inventory in the warehouse.
- Report damaged, missing, or incorrect items to management
- Maintain clean, organized, and safe receiving and storage areas
- Assist with cycle counts, inventory audits, and stock management
- Follow company safety procedures and retail operational standards
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify errors and inconsistencies.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with inventory management systems preferred.
- Ability to lift and move heavy items as required.
- Good communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment..
This position is based in a fast-paced retail warehouse environment located at 4370 Malsbary Road, Blue Ash, OH. The role requires standing for extended periods and handling physical tasks related to receiving and processing shipments.
