Position Overview: The Production Assistant will play a key role in helping us efficiently manage materials and work orders for roofing, siding, and gutter projects. You will assist in coordinating supplies and orders, ensuring that all the necessary information is correct, and working closely with suppliers and subcontractors to keep projects running smoothly. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a background in construction materials who thrives in an organized, fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in organizing and assembling material and work orders for roofing, siding, and gutter projects.
- Coordinate with suppliers and subcontractors to ensure timely delivery of materials.
- Verify that all new job details are correct and complete before building out orders.
- Maintain accurate records of work orders, material inventory, and project schedules.
- Ensure materials are properly tracked and billed to the right project.
- Double-check job specifications and ensure materials match what is required for each project.
- Communicate effectively with the team, suppliers, and subcontractors to resolve any issues related to materials or job specifications.
- Manage time effectively to meet project deadlines.
- Support the production team with any administrative tasks as needed.
- Maintain a strong focus on quality control and attention to detail.

Qualifications:
- Strong knowledge of roofing, siding, gutter installation, and related materials.
- Prior experience in a construction-related role preferred.
- Must have excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Strong time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient with basic office software (Microsoft Office, Google Suite) and construction management tools (preferred).
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team.
- Must be reliable, proactive, and have a problem-solving mindset.
- High school diploma or equivalent; relevant certifications in construction or a related field a plus.

Pay: $21.00 - $26.00 per hour
