We're looking for a leader who can guide a team, serve customers with compassion, and deliver exceptional results every step of the way.
This isn't a reconstruction position. It's a leadership role focused on managing fire and contents restoration projects, including pack-outs, inventory, cleaning, deodorization, storage, and returning customers' belongings.
What You'll Do
As our Fire & Contents Project Manager, you'll oversee projects from the initial customer meeting through the final return of their restored belongings.
You'll:
- Lead technicians and coordinate subcontractors
- Manage pack-outs, cleaning, deodorization, storage, and pack-backs
- Create estimates and manage project profitability
- Communicate with customers, insurance adjusters, and vendors
- Maintain inventory and tracking systems
- Coach and develop your team
- Deliver an outstanding customer experience while maintaining quality, safety, and efficiency
What We're Looking For
We're looking for someone who:
- Leads with confidence, humility, and accountability
- Is highly organized and thrives in a fast-paced environment
- Takes ownership and solves problems proactively
- Communicates exceptionally well
- Cares about people as much as performance
Preferred Qualifications
- 3+ years of leadership or project management experience
- Restoration, construction, logistics, or service industry experience
- Xactimate experience (preferred)
- IICRC certifications (preferred, but not required)
- Valid driver's license

Pay: $70,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
